No. The Hub is a measurement and intelligence platform. It doesn't post, message, or automate anything – it shows you what's working so you can make smarter decisions.

What does "secure access to profiles" mean?

To gather certain metrics not available publicly on your profile or posts, we need credentials to access profile-level data. This is done securely and only used for data capture and measurement – never for posting or messaging.

How do you calculate dollar value?

We estimate equivalent paid media cost based on impressions, engagement rates, and LinkedIn's advertising benchmarks for your industry and geography. This gives you a conservative estimate of what you'd pay to achieve similar reach through paid campaigns.

Can we use this if we're not a Flow State client?

Yes. The Hub is supported software available to any team. Flow State clients get it included in their programs; non-clients can license it standalone.

How is this different from Sales Navigator?

Sales Navigator helps you find accounts or prospects. The Hub helps you measure and manage your team's engagement with those prospects over time – and breaks hidden marketing and sales data out of individual profile silos.

What data do you sync to CRM?

Connection status, engagement activity, and basic account coverage data. This is a one-way sync (Hub → CRM) and respects your CRM's data governance rules. We can create custom integrations and workflow, just chat to our team.
